Aeon Flux
Okay, I tripped on Aeon during one of her first appearances on MTV's Liquid
Television. This was a series of shorts that have since been released
on video - and yes, I own that video. You start off seeing this fly get
trapped in some kind of Venus-flytrap plant like thing, only it's her
eyelashes.
I like Aeon for several reasons:
- She's weird-looking. Not your typical spandex clad hero, in ANY sense
of the word.
- She's a counter-counter-counter-counter-agent. I just don't know whose
side she's really on. Just WHAT in sam hill is this woman's agenda, I
ask you!
- She plays with REALLY cool toys.
- Bizarre things happen that remain completely unexplained.
- She necks with her own clone.
- What is the full nature of her relationship with Trevor Goodchild?
